Overall had very good stay for family vacation. We stayed in a neat room with seaview, and liked it. The property's location was strategic and nice, right in front of sea.

The room was unique and spacious with a reasonably spacious bathroom. The location was strategic and best possible, only a short distance to Teluk Kemang. It also was near to water recreational area...

The location here is superb, facing the sea directly, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable.

The sunset and teluk kemang beaches are prefect.
Their service is not worthwhile with what you paid...like one case during my check in...2 days before that during reservation and email to their Manager in charge Mr. Zul that in need room opposite seaside..and all along email have been send for remind and he also have give thumb up...but during check in just mentioned my room that I booked is garden view if I want to sea view I need to add RM80 per day..so total for 2 days is RM520++..it really expensive if you compare with service (1st night air con not cold at all, so need wait until next day only their maintenance come and service - this should be check before guess check in every time..) since I just return from Gold Coast which i pay RM240 per day my stayed with sea view and prefect service & staff. My suggest please improve your service and PR to enhance guess will return after 1st stayed....anyway Best of luck!!

I had a fantastic time at Klana Beach Resort. The swimming pool staff were attentive and allowed us to use the pool before check-in, which was a nice bonus. The view from the top of the hill was breathtaking, and I can only imagine how amazing it would be to stargaze with the telescope they have on-site. The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel for families with young kids.

I like the view, the comfort, and the spacious room. I like it the most because it has the sea view and the cleanliness.
I dislike most: the breakfast menu.

Nice place, clean & comfortable, staff so Friendly. I can check-in my family earlier due to Friday prayer
Pool for kids too small but ok. Beach too far to walk & uneasy when high tide. Breakfast low variety but taste ok

All very new and clean.
We were informed by the staff that this was a "special" hotel, catering 100% for the Islamic audience, making us feel slightly unwelcome, especially when we found out the swimming pool is split into two halls by a tall wall. The left hand side for male swimmers only, the other side for females, so you cannot be together, which is missing detail from your website. The only thing that this hotel had to offer, I.E. swimming pool, could not be used by Western visitors.

Our group of friends had an amazing time at this beach resort. The location right by the beach allowed us to enjoy various seaside activities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, equipped with modern furnishings and halal-certified meals. The breakfast spread was adequate with local and western options. The resort staff was prompt in resolving any minor issues, ensuring a memorable stay for us.
The resort staff could have been more welcoming and friendly towards guests.

Seaview. Astrological decorations.
Islamic music played in the corridors. They should clearly disclose orientation on Muslim guests. As Western visitor, we felt unwelcome.

This hotel is located on top of the hill in between two main beaches in Port Dickson, making it a great location for a perfect vacation. The rooms on the top most floors have stunning seaviews, making it a memorable stay, especially for families with kids. The double bed rooms are a plus point, making the stay comfortable and cozy. The breakfast included package is good value for money, with a variety of delicious dishes served with a stunning seaview.
The hotel facilities could improve to cater to the guests' needs.
